ABSTRACT

Introduction: Development and use of information technologies and communication (TIC) have throughout evolved, as well as Internet and digital information. Objective: To identify principles and ethical rules guiding the use of information technologies and communication. Development: TIC has deeply transformed the information context in which moral issues arise. It corresponds to the society to worry about ethical issues associated to its use. Conclusion: TIC offers benefits and opportunities, but at the same time leads to multiple risks among which the ethical lapse is highlighted.
