ABSTRACT

Nowadays, scientific development is a challenge for society and its institutions that do not always move slightly upwards and may end up being absorbed by other institutions managing to reorient its mission and vision towards the needs demanded by the context. Achieving this leap requires a change of mentality and acting of members involved at these institutions and their leaders. The book that is reviewed contributes in this sense to cope with this subject from new approaches that transcend the traditional management framework.
