ABSTRACT

A case is presented with diagnostic probable cancer colon, in patient of 83 years, feminine, with pathological antecedents of arterial hypertension controlled with twoyear- old diet and moderate anemia had diagnosed for 8 months, it has begun with changes approximately for one month in the I inhabit intestinal presenting: constipation, inappetence, tires, astenia and when carrying out the complementary ones, it is verified the anemia and hidden blood in positive grounds, reason why he/she decides its entrance for study and treatment.
