ABSTRACT
A case is presented with diagnostic of apathetic hyperthyroid in feminine of 84 years that begins to present loss of the symptoms funcionability for two months, with widespread bony pains, accompanied by loss of the state of spirit, sadness, dysfunction of the dream, appetite loss, loss of significant weight not deliberate, astenia, anorexy, nauseas, constipation and decrease of the mobility.
