ABSTRACT

Hodgkin’s lymphoma represents approximately 20% of the lymphoproliferative syndromes and is more frequent in young patients. However, the association of this neoplasm and eosinophilia is a very rare condition and there is little evidence in recent literature. This paper reports the case of a female patient of the 3rd decade of life who presented to our service with severe hypereosinophilia and multisystemic symptoms and without evidence of malignancy at the beginning, later she developed a lymph node conglomerate that lead to definitive diagnosis. This is an illustrative case of a rare association.
