ABSTRACT

A socio-demographic, retrospective study was conducted in the province of Guantanamo on the sexual abuse of children and adolescents in the period 20101-2014, with the objective of elaborating a strategy for the methodological preparation on the content of the prevention of sexual abuse in the Adolescence in the discipline of Medical Psychology. The systematization of the theoretical references was made to establish the conceptual bases of the research object and its antecedents were determined. In order to conceive the strategy, scientific methods of theoretical level were used. A functional principle was introduced which directs the whole strategy. The scientific novelty of the strategy lies in the use of a new logic of structuring the methodological preparation on the content of prevention of sexual abuse in adolescence in the discipline of Medical Psychology.
