ABSTRACT

The vast possibilities of the implementation of Popular Education in all its dimension is the most important reason to expose its implementation to comprehensive sexuality education. Such is the purpose of this article: to expose some effects on comprehensive sexuality education since the implementation of popular education. In this exercise of thinking and acting (reflection and action) people integrate their own knowledge into reality and into what they create taking into account self-study in workshops and in acting on their reality. It is evident that the implementation of popular education to a comprehensive process of sexuality promotes critical awaremess, self-determination to human behavior, and commitment towards transformation, among other things. It is evident that the purpose of comprehensive education to achieve a determination in the emotional, physical, and social decisions of people, are promoted since this implementation. The achievements in the sphere of sexuality stem from the potentialities of the subjects involved and their commitment to change.
