ABSTRACT
Reflections on some theoretical, analytical and political dimensions of diverse processes to classify the forms of being a man. And a proposal of systematization of some research findings and hypotheses with which the generation of information is constructed, as well as the analysis of the existing information, even in other studies that do not refer specifically to males as population. In order to define the theoretical, political and existential position of the author, he resorts to the categories of alienation and property of the production means in what is called «masculinity.» The paper ends with a proposition of de-alienation and reappropriation of the production means by these identities as human beings.
