ABSTRACT

This work shows a case of cavernous hemangioma located in maxillary sine, identified as surgical data, in a masculine patient of 18 years of age. Clinical picture and characteristics of injury are described; injury was extirpated totally and successfully by means of an endoscopic approach. Very few reports on the matter exist in literature.
