ABSTRACT

A 47-year-old female presented events of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia and started treatment with flecainide, no recurrences. After two years she showed flecainide toxicity manifested as a left bundle branch block and the Brugada sign. Flecainide was removed and the ECG was normal in the following. Later, radiofrequency ablation was performed successfully.
