ABSTRACT

The relationship between anxiety and physical activity has been studied for decades. The professional sportsman, on the one hand, can suffer a decrease in his performance due to anxiety, but, on the other hand, also physical exercise can help reduce the anxiety levels of certain people. The objective of this work is to review the existing literature about the relationship between anxiety and physical exercise.
