Cuban society projects its educational work and proposes changes in the concepts and ways of teaching, also the elevation of the levels already achieved in the culture of all citizens. The main goal of the social efforts of the Cuban Government and State for the coming years is to raise the levels of culture of Cuban society to the highest in the world.
The Ministry of Public Health has aimed its work on the increasing of the health status of the population and its satisfaction with services, to strengthen hygiene, epidemiology and microbiology actions, to exercise health regulations, to consolidate the training, upgrading and searching strategies, to accomplish the different modalities of international cooperation and also to make the system efficient and sustainable.
