ABSTRACT
The blue toe syndrome is an uncommon pathology of multifactorial origin that is associated with coldness and violaceous coloration due to hypoperfusion of the fingers. We describe the case of a 66 year old patient who presented coetaneous changes in the fingers of the upper left limb without signs that suggested vasculitis and a subsequent diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. The symptoms resolved with tuberculosis therapy in the follow up did not present new blue toe syndrome episodes.REFERENCES
