Chronic eczema dermatitis in an infant child

ABSTRACT
Case report. A case of an infant with a chronic facial eczema, whom does not have any clinical dermatological response to different kinds of therapies, is presented. Comments are done about the factors implicated in the disease and the importance of change the child environment as part of the treatment.
