ABSTRACT

Introduction: the growing development of the industrialization and the demands of the market take harnessed the necessity to incorporate the whole available human potential, what gets the attention at world level the paper that the woman plays in the social, economic and political development along the history. Objective: to carry out an analysis of the woman's current situation in their paper in the society like managerial directive in the social, economic and political processes. Method: it´s was carried out a revision of the literature with a critical analysis and different periods of the woman's participation were compared in the socioeconomic sphere and politics of the society. Results: The development of the professional acting of the women like directive or you would work inside the address system and managerial administration, he/she has their foundations in their presence along the historical development, carrying out different lists, inside the family and the labor institutions, in which the development process has been present. Conclusions: it is considered the woman from their incorporation to all the actions of the socioeconomic and political development of the Cuban society, as well as in the family dynamics which embraces the attention to the new generations, list in which today's woman is involved as much inside the home as in the work. That makes necessary a change of attitude to face the problems that arise inside the family and in the labor sphere.
