ABSTRACT

Introduction: the methods, besides the general categories, they should dominate the particular categories: illness, health, medical diagnosis, medications and others. The epidemiologists should dominate the particular categories: control, eradication, quarantine, epidemic, endemic and others. The graduates in infirmary should possess a guessed right knowledge of the particular categories: care, environment, person, diagnosis of Infirmary, human necessities among other many. Objective: to meditate on the approach of the dialectical relationship among the clinical, epidemic methods and it process attention of Infirmary. Method: it´s was carried out a bibliographical revision about the topic of a total of 105 articles published in the databases Pubmed, Hinari, Scielo and Medline by means of the search agent and administrator of references end notices, of them 25 appointments were used selected to carry out the revision, 16 of them of the last five years. The search of the information was carried out in a period of three months from december 20 2016 up to september 30 2017 the following words clinical method they were used, epidemic method, it process attention of Infirmary. Conclusions: the process attention infirmary is nurtured of the clinical method and the epidemic one, and it identifies amendable factors of risk, not amendable, situations of the individuals' health, families and community.
