ABSTRACT
Diagnose and prevention of the diseases of the superior airways in workers exposed to irritating agents of the occupational environment, as dusts, gases, vapors, smokes or aerosols , require of a commitment of different sectors, that is, the participation of directives and administrations on one hand, and of the health personal on the other one, without leaving outside of this strategy to the worker, to the one which, it should be elevated their knowledge on this problem and to sensitize it with all that can happen. This motivates us to make an evaluation of the more important symptoms, signs and the complementary analysis for the diagnose of these affections and the main aspects for their control and prevention.
