Linfoma de células B gigantes retroperitoneal recurrente

ABSTRACT

Among the retroperitoneal tumors, sarcomas are found more frequently, open surgical treatment is the gold standard in its therapeutics, however, it is important to have in mind other causes of retroperitoneal masses as the lymphomas, because in these particular cases, it is the combined chemotherapy the best modality of treatment, with prior percutaneous, open or laparoscopy biopsy as we propose in this article. Among the case reports the diffuse large B cell lymphoma is a primary or sincronic finding rather than a recurrency of a distant primary as it is presented in this report.
