A case of Williams syndrome associated with an aneurysm of the right pulmonary artery

ABSTRACT
The case of a schoolgirl with syndrome of Williams, to whom the diagnosis of an aneurysm of the pulmonary artery (right branch) was done, is reported. She was successful treated. Emphasis is done about the rarity of this vascular anomaly, there was not any case described in the literature.
