ABSTRACT
The Jarcho-Levin syndrome is a multiple vertebral segmentation defect with costal anomalies. It is present as a wide spectrum of morphologic: and radiologic anomalies, which are of particular importance and the classification of this syndrome. Studies of autopsy and other related to molecular biology techniques, are necessary to better understanding of the variable and heterogeneous malformations in this controversial syndrome.
