ABSTRACT

Introduction: Pedagogic improvement is not alien to the processes of development professional, being indispensable to determine its necessities.
Objective: To identify needs of pedagogic improvement in managers dealing with General Medicine specialty.
Development: Learning necessities in pedagogy were identified in managers of this institution. Actions were designed in order to guarantee the quality of professional training programs in managers related to General Medicine specialty in order to perfecting their acting in this task.
Conclusions: Developing the pedagogic improvement of managers at "Pedro Borrás Astorga" Polyclinic constitutes a necessity and a challenge for their community in the search of more knowledge, integrality and professional formation.
