ABSTRACT

Clinical case of a feminine patient 73 years old that it presents squaresevere ofchronic desquamative gingivitis, increased by esophagitis antecedents, fibromyalgia, and depression, you concluded case with satisfactory treatment, and improvement of the inflammatory square, desquamative gingival and the patient's great motivation guaranteeing the maintenance of the reached success.
