ABSTRACT

The descompresion craneotomy has being used for almost hundred years to treat the intracraneal hiper-tension and still is a usefull procedure to control the hipertension and save the life. However if not repared the atmospheric pressure might have a desagradable effect in the meninges and brain so and early craneo-plasty is the solution. We presented thirteen such cases whith the result.
