ABSTRACT

Neoplasias that occupy scalp and facial area can be a challenge when considering reconstruction. Certain neoplasias, like sebaceous carcinoma, require wider excision margins and therefore a wider defect is left for reconstruction. This case had a wide excision due to sebaceous carcinoma and underwent reconstruction with multiple flaps and a skin graft to preserve facial anatomy.
