ABSTRACT

We present a 60-year-old woman with severe and acute cognitive impairment accompanied by generalized seizures and thickening of the right pulmonary hilum with studies of brain images, by tomography and resonance, which only showed lesions with the appearance of lacunar infarcts at the periventricular level.
