Results: 77,6 % of the patients agreed with the level of training of the health team, 64,2 % gave sufficient criteria on the information received during the treatments, 79,1 % considered the treatment provided as positive, 73,1 % of the users were in agreement with the guidelines received once the ambulatory service finished and 88 % of the patients reported they achieved skills for their better performance in daily life.
Conclusions: the level of training of the professional health team regarding the day-ambulatory services was satisfactory, as well as the information provided during the treatments, the effectiveness of psychotherapy and social reintegration, where the patients confirmed a high degree of satisfaction, considering that the work-group allowed them to develop personal resources to be able to deal with their problems.
