ABSTRACT

Thoracic acute pain appears, as an algid sensation, between the diaphragm and supraclavicular graves. Doctor consulting and individual´s concern increase by suffering. Its significance extends from small serial affections to extreme processes expression. Quality, localization, irradiation, appearance moment and exacerbation characteristics, together with clinical square; form diagnosis guide. That´s why domain and clinical method, a detailed interrogation and a correct physical exploration, to differentiate potentially serious causes, from other pathologies with potentially dangerous process, lead to psychological and economical consequences for the subject and the sanity system.
