ABSTRACT

Introduction. The resolutive capacity is a result to improve the performance of the integrated health networks.
Objective. Evaluate the resolution of the Basic Health Teams according to the execution of key processes in Tercer Frente municipality and explore the perception of patients in relation to the resolutive capacity.
Method. Research in health systems and services. The information was obtained by applying previously validated forms in Family Medical Offices; as a source of information, the patient's clinical history and user questionnaire were used.
Results: There was predominance of low stability 76.6%, of the basic health teams and 66.6% of the Basic Groups. 56% controlled their population in 90 and 100%. Compliance with the ASIS was high 30%. Patients suffering Diabetes Mellitus showed better control with 82%, followed by those suffering hypertension and cardiopathy with 80%. Pregnancy prevention was the risk best controlled with 91%. 56.6% of the basic teams presented inadequate resolution capacity. While 43.3% presented a salutogenic capacity average. 67.3% of patients agreed that health groups were always available.
Conclusions. The resolute capacity of Basic Health Teams was inadequate given the results of the evaluation of stability, the control and actions of the analysis of the health situation; the perception of the patients was mostly good.
