ABSTRACT
Research in Primary Health Care requires establishing links with professionals from different specialties related to lifestyles, groups, and the patients' environment; however, behavioral barriers for the creation of research teams are perceived. For this purpose, the program for organizational development was carried out in four phases; networks of multidisciplinary research teams to produce health were created, a space that was conceived for reflection and action, which facilitated task planning, monitoring and construction of indicators for subsequent evaluation. The experience enabled the management of innovation projects as an expression of the social responsibility of university.
