ABSTRACT

Introduction: Article of theoretical type that intent to argue the necessity of a new method to exercise Occupational Health and Safety. Methodology: There are analyzed the possibilities of application the principles and relatively new techniques in the construction of the paradigm that this author denominates dynamic. There are identified and developed briefly the areas where it should be make substantial changes: theory, methodology, instrumental development and applications–interactions. It is denoted the insufficiency of the past paradigms for resolving the present and future problems that presents the man–work relation. Conclusions: It is evident the necessity of establishing a dynamic paradigm and its potential impact on the workers' health and safety.
