ABSTRACT

The activity germicide of 5 chemical solutions was evaluated in vitro in front of a group of references and problems microorganisms to test the effectiveness from these solutions to the concentration, solvent and time praised by the Manual of Use for the Procedures of Disinfection and effective Hospital Sterilization in our country. The efficiency of the rehearsed systems and the effectiveness of the solutions of Glutaraldehyde and of Formaline like sterilizing agents was corroborated. The high disinfection level was verified in vitro of the Iodine-Povidone and of the solutions of Gluconate and Acetate of Clorhexidine in alcoholic solution, being used the norms AFNOR NF-T-72-150, effective in our environment.
