ABSTRACT

We present a case of a patient with double collector renal system and vestibular ectopical ureter who presents like a principal symptom paradoxical urinary incontinence underwent upper right partial nephrectomy, by retroperitoneoscopy approach. The clinical aspects, diagnosis and actual treatment are reviewed.
