ABSTRACT

Neurocutaneous melanosis is a rare syndrome which is characterized by the presence of giant melanocitic nevi and an excessive leptomeningeal melanosis. The syndrome presents an error in the embryo ectoderm morphogenesis. We present a case report of a 3 year 7 month old girl, and her clinical history, evolution and diagnosis criteria.
