Double lenticule as a complication of SMILE refractive surgery

ABSTRACT

There is a case of a patient of 39 years, which a Small Incision Lenticule Extraction (SMILE) was performed, he had a trans-surgical complication with a second lenticule at the interface. We present here the sequence of events with their results and a review of the literature.
