ABSTRACT

Several of the victims and/or perpetrators minimize gestures of violence, and do not perceive or unwilling to perceive that they are violated or that they violate their partner. In this research we focus on relationships of San Blas Nay LGBTT community violence. It aims to develop a descriptive study of the frequency of occurrence of certain behaviors and attitudes of partner violence, both the suffered as the exerted. It was attended by 42 participants gathered in a ball-type snow sampling. Whose ages ranged from 18 to 41 years. Instrument CUVINO-R (violence of boyfriends-revised questionnaire) was used for the collection of information. The prevalence obtained was 95% (40) of the subjects of study have suffered from violence in their relationship. While conversely they exerted violence partner 90% (38). To identify the correlation between received and exercised, violence was the statistical test of Pearson correlation where the results obtained (r =. 675, p =. 000). Significant result, which gives opening to future research and above all for the design of an emerging intervention and prevention.
