ABSTRACT

Patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus, with poor adherence to its management and microangiopathic and neuropathic complications (history of left leg amputation). He presented a nine-month affection of central nervous system related to a chronic otitis externa. Complications associated with disease evolution and treatment implemented are described.
