Analysis of the physical and psychological stimulation as contribution to a successful aging

ABSTRACT

Objective: to analyze the physical and psychological stimulation to contribute to a successful aging of the policlinic José Ramón León Acosta of Santa Clara.
Methods: was carried out the investigation in the rehabilitation services on the base of a descriptive study, traverse with quantitative focus. The universe was constituted by 50 patients; the sample conformed to at random with 31 patients interviewed between September of 2017 and March 2018.
Results: deteriorations prevailed in their level of physical and psychological operation, in the feminine sex of the 60-80-year-old group. The analyzed functional factors behaved in a regular way. Most of the patients were satisfied with relationship to the physical and psychological stimulation, because they achieved advances in their operation levels.
Conclusion: The analysis of the physical and psychological stimulation is positive in the patient studied when the psychic processes are valued as well as the physical function.
