Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome by Staphylococcus haemolyticus

ABSTRACT

We present the case of a patient affected by a Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome presenting multiple organ failure and data in relation to acute adrenal insufficiency, which was fulminant and was concluded secondary to Staphylococcus haemolyticus.
