ABSTRACT

The hepatic cystadenomas are rare cystic lesions, usually their diagnosis is incidental by imaging studies; However, it can be confused with other more common cystic lesions, such as the hydatid cyst, however the negative serology for Echinococcus makes the difference. The confirmatory diagnosis is histopathological and are lesions with malignant potential so his treatment must be the complete surgical one.
