ABSTRACT

In the era of modernity, the Internet and social networks, which have come to lighten, revolutionize life and human communication, there is a group in a very helpful social network like Facebook, called Elrincondelamedicinainterna, of which I am part as administrator of the page, which has gained many followers in various countries of Latin America and other speaking latitudes of the Castilian language, including Spain; currently made up of more than 86,000 members, I consider prudent to present the website in the most important Internal Medicine journal in Mexico.
