ABSTRACT

This paper reports the case of a patient with multiple deficiency of coagulation factors IX, XI and XII (hemophilia B and C) who developed systemic and biochemical manifestations compatible with systemic lupus erythematosus, which was corroborated with the analysis of specific antibodies and compliance with the criteria of the Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics; analyzing the literature, this is the first reported case of this association.
