ABSTRACT

Introduction: Participation in the V Congress of the COISO, grouping of unions in Medellin, Colombia, serves as a frame of reference to study the current state of knowledge about health and work in institutes, universities and other centers and researchers interested in this issue, and the divorce in practice with the workers and companies, true objects of study in this field. Development: From an analysis performed to the program complied with therefore mentioned Congress, the authors cite the main areas where is comes expressing the need for consultancy and qualification of trade union leaders and workers. This program included issues of vital importance in an anthropocentric approach focused on the worker as the application of ergonomics, cognitive ergonomics and psychosocial risks issues of great importance and validity today academic. It continues the interest and the need for training on diver. Conclusions: An analysis of the achievements in trade union work is made and is reflected the need to follow training trade union officials, workers and entrepreneurs. A very general training program in various areas is exposed.
