Paederus dermatitis, irritant contact dermatitis.

ABSTRACT

Paederus dermatitis is a manifestation of a secondary irritant dermatitis in contact with a substance produced by a bug. It has several forms of presentation. Diagnosis is based on clinical appearance and characteristic epidemiological context. In the literature they have not found dermoscopy patterns of this entity, so we did a review of it and proposed the dermatoscopics help non-invasive diagnostic.
