ABSTRACT

Bees produce propolis from different vegetal species. As it is said to have anti-infl ammatory and antiseptic properties among many other, we can fi nd it in lots of natural therapeutic and cosmetic products. Although it was fi rst described like a professional dermatosis, nowadays most of the allergic contact dermatitis cases are reported in patients who use this kind of products. A case of allergic contact dermatitis due to a natural topical product is reported.
