Institutional educational program for the improvement of human behavior of medical specialties coordinators

ABSTRACTObjective: systematize and model the components, stages and educational actions that must be present in the institutional educational program for the improvement of human behavior of the coordinators of the specialties, a development study was carried out, in the Faculty of Medical Sciences “General Calixto García ”, In the area of medical specialties.
Development: theoretical and empirical methods were used accompanied by a set of logical thinking processes such as: analysis, synthesis, abstraction and generalization, among others, statistical methods were also used, with the corresponding methodological triangulation of the information obtained from different sources and from a critical assessment. The Educational Programs make possible the transformation of the subjects that participate in it from the structuring of the components, stages and actions of the program in correspondence with the characterization of the acting state of the human behavior of the coordinators of the medical specialties from the pedagogical, the organizational and personal, where problems and potentialities for the development of postgraduate education for the training of specialists from education at work are identified.
Conclusions: the main problems and potentialities could be listed, as well as the elaboration of an institutional educational program that propitiates the progressive approach to the improvement of the human behavior of the coordinators of the medical specialties from the pedagogical, the organizational and the personal for the development of Postgraduate education for the training of specialists from education at work.
