ABSTRACTSyringomas are benign adnexal tumors, characterized with multiple skin-colored papules in women, mainly during third decade of life. Its most frequent location is periocular and the upper part of the cheeks. Its appearance in the genital area usually affects the labia majora; but there are very few cases reported. We present a 25-year-old patient with papular and multiple pruritic lesions in the labia majora with one-year evolution.
