Key words:

Idiopathic leukocytoclastic vasculitis.

ABSTRACT

Classic leukocytoclastic vasculitis (LV) is the most common cutaneous vasculitis. Systemic entanglement is very common, usually affecting the musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, renal, respiratory and peripheral nervous system. It may be idiopathic or associated to drugs, systemic vasculitic syndromes, autoimmune diseases, infections and neoplasias. We report a case of LV with clinical manifestations where it was not found a demonstrable cause.
