Mesenteric lymphoma in the elderly

ABSTRACT

Mesenteric tumors are rare and include a diverse group of histological entities and usually their diagnosis is fortuitous. A patient with a low-grade, follicular type, non- Hodgkin's mesenteric lymphoma is presented. The lesion was resected with negative surgical section edges. The patient evolves satisfactorily, is discharged by surgery and referred to oncohematology
