ABSTRACTThe spread of the new coronavirus at pandemic levels hit the world like a bomb and resulted in the death of many people and the need of different degrees of social isolation for most of the world population. The question is: how to deal with this situation? This ability is behind everything that changes over time and should not be different concerning the coronavirus. In this article, we put some examples that illustrate antifragility and represent sources of inspiration so that we can potentialize our best capabilities and move forward, even though all these considerations are being made at the time of the pandemic and that we, as doctors working in the trench, can be victims of the virus.
