ABSTRACT
On the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of José Martí, national hero and Apostle of the independence of Cuba, a compilation work was carried out on his conceptions related to the ethics and values of the human being. This brief selection has a lot to do with the formation and work of Cuban cadres and executives, Martians of action and conviction.
